No Amendment raises the several states' authority to ignore the United States Constitution or cancel any of the powers, specific and implied therein. Moreover, every citizen is entitled to the birthrights-of-citizenship regardless of the gender of his or her romantic and sexual partner. The Constitution doesn't mete out its protects and benefits by testing numbers, popularity or, and especially, whether or not the the Constitution's "writers" had a group that gives you the icks in mind 242 years ago. It wasn't even talked or thought about doing as such. Revisionsists will incorrectly have you believe otherwise.

Where did you get the ignorant idea that because you harbor an ugly animus (pathetically neurotic though it plainly is) for a particular group of Americans, the "...privileges and immunities..." of American citizenship are reserved only for the groups you favor, and who history has treated kindly? Where does it say you get to decide which American citizen is or isn't equal to your Bible-thumping ass? Do tell.

NEVER was it intended to validate nor separate out that behavior as a recognized class BECAUSE all throughout history, it has been viewed properly as a negative and abnormal behavior. the Constitution protections are afforded to race, gender, ethnicity. the group YOU continue to push incorrectly as some separate legitimate class never has been considered by society , before and presently, as a separate category until the latter part of THIS century by ill informed types.
