WASHINGTON (AP) — Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was hospitalized after experiencing chills and fever, the court said Saturday.
In a statement, the court’s public information office said Ginsburg was admitted Friday night to Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. She was initially evaluated at Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington before being transferred to Johns Hopkins for further evaluation and treatment of any possible infection.
With intravenous antibiotics and fluids, her symptoms abated and she expected to be released from the hospital as early as Sunday morning, the statement said.
Earlier this month Ginsburg, 86, suffered what the court described as a stomach bug. She was absent from arguments on Nov. 13 but returned for the court’s next public meeting, on Nov. 18.
She has been treated for cancer twice in the past year and two other times since 1999. Over the summer she received radiation for a tumor on her pancreas. Last winter she underwent surgery for lung cancer.

My "smart" list is varied. It can be Bader-Ginsberg or Condi Rice, it can be Henry Kissinger or Bill Clinton. It has nothing to do with their politics but about their intellect, they are two different things completely, if you are unbiased enough to get it.

A person with a sharp intellect SHOULD come to correct conclusions, letting the evidence lead them. Ginsberg has been more wrong than right!

What? That is ridiculous. That is your mind and not intellect but personal political opinion which is absurd. I'm actually surprised you had the balls to say that when I named persons from completely different political opinions who I know are incredibly bright, why would you reply with such a dumb comment?

Because someone doesn't match your political opinion, hardly makes them "dumb" that is a seriously dumb statement.

It's because you do NOT arrive where the evidence LEADS you but you arrive at your conclusions DESPITE the observable facts. Unfortunately there are millions like YOU, for example who thought Obama was a better choice than McCain or Romney, OR Clinton was a better choice that trump etc.

B.S., there are to many conservatives I admire for their intelligence. That I don't agree with you on policy and your big caps doesn't make me stupid. That is your problem, not mine.
